Ordering and Payment:

Orders may be directed to at any time through the Shopping Cart. If you do not feel comfortable purchasing online or if you are an institution or large corporation using a different payment method, you may email or fax your own purchase order form. collects applicable sales tax on transactions shipping to Illinois as required by law. In order to verify reseller or tax exempt status, customers must provide a copy of any State issued documents containing company information and State assigned Resale/Tax Exempt number for any/all States listed above to which products will ship. Although current law precludes sales and use tax on products sold over the internet, State and Local governments are allowed to impose sales and use taxes on all such sales if they were conducted in a more traditional manner like phone or mail order sales. These laws could change at any time.

Payment methods:


  • Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Billing Address and Shipping Address must be the same. An incorrect or different Billing Address may delay or void your order

Shipping calculates shipping according to total weight of the order, destination distance, and shipping method used. In most cases, will ship by United Parcel Service (UPS), however it may be necessary to ship larger packages / orders by Motor Freight. All shipments will be insured for the full cost of goods shipped and is included in total shipping cost. Most orders will ship out within 24 to 48 hours. Orders could be delayed by weather or other conditions beyond our control. In all cases, we will attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible. Priority Shipment Requests (UPS3Day, 2DayAir, 2DayAirAM, NextDayAirSaver, NextDayAir, and NextDayAirAM) must be made by 12:00 PM CST to ship out same day.

INSPECT ALL PRODUCTS RECEIVED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT TO CHECK FOR CONTENTS AND DAMAGE. Please see “Product Damaged In Transit” section under Product Warranty and Returns for actions to take upon delivery of a damaged shipment.

Product Warranty:

All products listed on this site are backed by the manufacturer warranty. Complete terms of manufacturer warranty can be found on the pertinent manufacture website (Links provided below) and in written product literature. Unless otherwise noted on manufacturer website or this site, each product will come with a minimum One Year Limited Warranty, which covers against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover damages which occur during shipment or because of use of this product with products not supplied by, nor does it cover damages that result from misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty assembly, alteration, modification, power surge, or other damages attributed to acts of God. Please see Warranty and Return Procedure for further guidance.

Refund/Return Policy:

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
  • must not be a special order or a custom order
  • unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Return Instructions:

  • In order to return an item you first need to obtain an RMA (Return Authorization) number.
  • To request an RMA number by phone, call Customer Service at (888) 808-4146 (Opt. 2)
  • Protect your return & your refund by placing the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
  • The RMA # must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton. If you received an electronic returns label, print the label and tape it to the shipping carton
  • We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Terms and Conditions:

  • An RMA is permission to return merchandise and does not constitute a formal agreement, service contract, guarantee or warranty, express or implied.
  • Returns must be received in the same condition as sold, in their original box, and include all packing materials, documentation, warranty cards, and accessories
  • SupplyCCTV is not responsible for personal data, or items left in returned merchandise. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
  • SupplyCCTV is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or misuse of any merchandise purchased from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only

No Exchange/Return On:

  • Wire & cable once opened, cut or stripped
  • Cable connectors once crimped or compressed
  • Defaced products (painted, cut, scratched, etc.)
  • Wireless cameras & equipment.
  • Monitors & displays 32" and larger once opened
  • Build To Order (BTO) & specialty items PC-based recorders once unpacked PC hardware (CPU, HDD, PCB, PCI, RAM, etc.)
