The GV-FD320D is a 3 megapixel Geovision Dome IP camera capable of capturing a video image of 2048 x 1536 (3 megapixel) resolution at 20 frames per second. This network dome IP camera has a 1/2.5" progressive scan CMOS image sensor. The GV-FD320D fixed dome is vandal resistant. This 3 megapixel dome IP camera is capable of seeing in zero light using the 15 built in IR LEDs (infrared) up to 50 ft. In addition, the 2.7 ~ 9 mm varifocal lens (with lock) allows the installer to adjust the angle of view for your particular surveillance application and target area. The GV-FD320D Dome IP camera can provide dual video streams which are selectable from H.264, MPEG4, and MJPEG video types. This allows for band-width optimization to varying remote access platforms (PC vs. mobile devices). It is also 802.3af PoE (Power over Ethernet) compliant to receive power and transmit video over a single CAT-5E cable.

Each Geovision camera includes a free 32 channel software license which can be used with any Geovision IP camera. Install the software on a Windows computer and create a PC based surveillance DVR / NVR for your Geovision cameras.

Remote Viewing Support

Geovision includes many options to view your cameras remotely over a local network and also remotely over the Internet. Remote viewing is supported by both Windows and Mac based PCs. Geovision also includes support to view cameras from mobile devices including: iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Symbian, and other 3G / 3GPP cell phones. Geovision provides free apps for all of these types of devices. Some remote viewing methods require use of the NVR software that is included with the camera and some methods can connect directly to the camera and do not require a PC.
