Ordering and Payment
Orders may be directed to SupplyCCTV.com at any time through the SupplyCCTV.com Shopping Cart. If you do not feel comfortable purchasing online or if you are an institution or large corporation using a different payment method, you may email or fax your own purchase order form. SupplyCCTV.com collects applicable sales tax on transactions shipping to Illinois as required by law. In order to verify reseller or tax exempt status, customers must provide a copy of any State issued documents containing company information and State assigned Resale/Tax Exempt number for any/all States listed above to which products will ship. Although current law precludes sales and use tax on products sold over the internet, State and Local governments are allowed to impose sales and use taxes on all such sales if they were conducted in a more traditional manner like phone or mail order sales. These laws could change at any time.

Orders made by company check will be shipped out 7 to 10 days after receipt to allow for funds clearance and shipment approval. Payments will be made payable to “SupplyCCTV.com” in U.S Dollars.
Shipping
SupplyCCTV.com calculates shipping according to total weight of the order, destination distance, and shipping method used. In most cases, SupplyCCTV.com will ship by United Parcel Service (UPS), however it may be necessary to ship larger packages / orders by Motor Freight. All shipments will be insured for the full cost of goods shipped and is included in total shipping cost. Most orders will ship out within 24 to 48 hours. Orders could be delayed by weather or other conditions beyond our control. In all cases, we will attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible. Priority Shipment Requests (UPS3Day, 2DayAir, 2DayAirAM, NextDayAirSaver, NextDayAir, and NextDayAirAM) must be made by 12:00 PM CST to ship out on that day.

INSPECT ALL PRODUCTS RECEIVED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT TO CHECK FOR CONTENTS AND DAMAGE. Product Warranty and Returns
All products listed on this site are backed by the manufacturer warranty. Complete terms of manufacturer warranty can be found on the pertinent manufacture website (Links provided below) and in written product literature. Unless otherwise noted on manufacturer website or this site, each product will come with a minimum One Year Limited Warranty, which covers against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover damages which occur during shipment or because of use of this product with products not supplied by SupplyCCTV.com, nor does it cover damages that result from misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty assembly, alteration, modification, power surge, or other damages attributed to acts of God. Please see Warranty and Return Procedure for further Guidance.
Product Damaged in Transit
In order for SupplyCCTV.com representatives to fully handle any shipment issues, make sure you INSPECT ALL SHIPMENTS AND REFUSE DELIVERY FOR ANY PRODUCT DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. If you do accept a damaged shipment, make sure you note any damages on the proof of delivery that you sign for the carrier. By accepting shipments that appear to be damaged during shipment, the customer takes on the responsibility of dealing with the carrier, however, our representatives will try to assist you as much as possible. If the customer sees any damages within the package that could not be seen prior to opening, this must be reported to the Pertinent Carrier and to SupplyCCTV.com representatives within 2 days of receiving product.
Canceled / Refused Orders
After shipment, canceled orders and/or shipments refused for reasons other than damage during transit are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus freight. Customers are responsible for canceling an order prior to shipment to avoid restocking fee.
Product Returns
A minimum re-stocking fee of 20% will apply on returned non-defective items within 14 days from date of receipt. Product must be in perfect unused condition, in perfect original packaging, and including all accessories. For defective items, refer to our Defective Product Policy for service information. Special Order items like Wireless Equipment or Console / Rack Enclosures may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please see Warranty and Return Procedure for further Guidance.
Defective Products
Items found to be defective within 14 days of receipt may be credited or exchanged for a replacement of the same model. Products returned due to a defect which cannot be verified will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee as well as a freight charge for replacement shipment. Please see Warranty and Return Procedure for further Guidance.
Warranty Repair and Return Procedure
If a warranty repair or return is required, the customer must submit a completed SupplyCCTV.com Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form (PDF), and provide the following information:
- Model and serial number
- Date of shipment, P.O. number, Sales Order number, or SupplyCCTV.com invoice number
- Details of the defect or problem
Once the form is received, an RMA # will be provided by return fax or email. Product returned without an RMA # visibly marked on the package and shipping label will not guarantee a credit or response. All returned product must be in original carton and packing materials and must include all pertinent accessories. Products shipped without accessories or original packaging could result in reduced credit. Copies of the RMA form and original purchase receipt are to be sent with the product, freight prepaid to:

Repairs made necessary by reason of misuse, alteration, normal wear, or accident are not covered under this warranty. SupplyCCTV.com assumes no risk and shall be subject to no liability for damages or loss resulting from the specific use or application made of the Products. SupplyCCTV.com’s liability for any claim, whether based on breach of contract, negligence, infringement of any rights of any party or product liability, relating to the Products shall not exceed the price paid by the Dealer to SupplyCCTV.com for such Products. In no event will SupplyCCTV.com be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of use, loss of profit and claims of third parties) however caused. SupplyCCTV.com reserves the right to refuse any package that does not comply with our return policy.
When returned products are found to be out of warranty or require repairs due to reasons of misuse, alteration, etc., customer will be notified with estimated cost of repairs. Customer must authorize and/or acknowledge estimated repair cost within 14 days of notification. SupplyCCTV.com reserves the right to dispose of all defective product after 14 days have passed.
